Circuit Training Classes
Circuit training classes are for all abilities and take place in Arkesden Village Hall on:
- Monday mornings at 9.30am
- Wednesday mornings at 9.30am
Typically, circuit training involves performing a series of different exercises one after the other with short rest intervals. Activities include:
- Concept 2 rowing machine
- Watt bike
- Boxing
- Free weights
- Body weight exercises
Circuit training combines cardiovascular activity, toning and strength training in one balanced session that can dramatically improve your fitness levels. The beauty of the circuit is that you work at your own pace and intensity, thereby allowing serious athletes and absolute beginners to attend the same class.
No booking or commitment is necessary, just turn up to any session.
