Cycling Training Classes

Cycling classes run all year round on Wednesday evenings.

From April to May sessions are based at Carver Barracks, Wimbish. They run from 6.30-7.30pm and use the traffic free runways at the airfield. Individual time trials and group riding races are held each week and progress is monitored over the summer months. These sessions are open to anyone with a roadworthy bike.

Over the winter from October to March the dark evenings mean I run the cycling as turbo sessions in Arkesden Village Hall. The sessions again run from 6.30-7.30pm and are based on detailed session plans aimed at improving power and endurance. Places in these sessions are limited and priority is given to those who have shown great commitment to improve their cycling.

Prices for winter and summer sessions are £4 per person.
